Ms. York holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and obtained her CPA designation in 1994.   She spent six years in public accounting before moving to the private sector five years ago.   Ms. York joined the company in 2002 and her knowledge and expertise is a major asset to the transactional process of development finance.
