Mr. Palmer holds a bachelor of administration degree from Vanderbilt University and attended the Owen Graduate School of Management. He is a licensed Tennessee real estate broker and registered representative of the National Association of Security Dealers and the Securities & Exchange Commission. Although Mr. Palmer is president of the company, his hands-on approach to management assures that his expertise is available to every project, regardless of size.
